Buxton Books is proud to host poet Ed Gold for a post-reading reception in the store as part of the Piccolo Spoleto Festival’s Sundown Poetry Reading! This is a free event and all are welcome for drinks and a chance to talk to the poet!
For the duration of Piccolo Spoleto, Buxton Books will be hosting the receptions for the Sundown Poetry Series. Tuesday through Friday evenings, we will see you in the garden of The Gibbes Museum of Art for readings from one of the many fantastic poets. Each poetry reading is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm with a reception immediately to follow at the bookstore located at 160 King Street. The receptions are free and open to all. Once you get here, you will have the chance to have your book signed by the featured poet and ask them all your burning questions. Please note that RSVPs are not required.
