On Monday evening, October 30, be among the first to hear Alice McDermott read from and discuss one of the most highly anticipated novels for Fall 2023: Absolution.

All of this will take place in the beautiful Unitarian Church! Doors open at 5:30 pm with the program beginning at 6:00 pm on Monday, October 30.

Macksey Professor of the Humanities at Johns Hopkins University and a member of the faculty at the Sewanee Writers Conference. McDermott lives with her family outside Washington, D.C.
