Author. Conservationist. Naturalist. Ornithologist. Poet. Wandering soul. These are just a few of the definitions, degrees, and distinctions associated with J. Drew Lanham. This 2022 MacArthur Foundation fellow will join Charleston Library Society on February 23rd for an evening discussion and poetry reading.

Lanham is the author of two published works; Sparrow’s Envy and The Home Place.
