Buxton Books is proud to host author Elizabeth Passarella for a Coffee with an Author event to celebrate her book, It Was an Ugly Couch Anyway.
Join us in the bookstore on Monday, May 15 starting at 10:00 am for coffee, pastries, and - of course - books with author and Southern Living columinst, Elizabeth Passarella! We'll spend the morning chatting about her new collection of essays, It Was an Ugly Couch Anyway, getting books signed, and finding out what she's learned after two decades of sharing her life through writing!
Tickets are available as a "A Book is Your Ticket" option and a $5 General Admission ticket (a steal for coffee/yummy treats/time spent in a small group setting with such an amazing author).

About the Author:
Elizabeth Passarella is the author of the essay collection Good Apple: Tales of a Southern Evangelical in New York and a contributing editor at Southern Living, where she writes the Social Graces column. A former editor at Real Simple and Vogue, she has spent more than 20 years writing about food, travel, home design, and parenting in outlets including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Parents, Martha Stewart Weddings, Coastal Living, Airbnb Magazine, and Apartment Therapy's The Kitchn. Elizabeth grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and now lives in New York City with her family.
